The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund are two sides of the same coin. They were constructed in the same impetus as the UN after WWII. The US is always the leader of the Bank and the EU always leads the Fund. Since they function as banks, preservation of capital is essential notwithstanding that they get budgets from the first world.

You make a lot of false connections and your stuff is laced with conjecture. You don't quote other research. Having a foot note that says MIT is laughable.
