So many good points to respond to. You mightnot be surprised to know that I wrote The Age of Sustainability to answer these types of questions/comments. China is not a monolith, they have issues too. They are deploying renewables as fast as us per capita. One of my findings based on a Bloomberg report is that China built so much solar in 2016 (I believe) that it’s stranded waiting up to 5 years to connect to the grid. Don’t give up. This is one case where the free market will do its job and we’ll all benefit.
