I think this misses the point. Musk is essentially a Hobbesian actor in a Lockean world. Translated he'd be fine if he was the only guy in the world or possibly king. But that's not the world we live in. Our world is one that operates on rules and good will; a world where we all give e up something to live in a modern society. It's easy to look like a hot knife slicing through butter if you control everything. Musk's problem is that he does not control everything, just a tantalizingly big enough morsel. Beyond the morsel lies Fascism.
