Good stuff. One point to emphasize, as I have on this page before, is that Russia has not likely invested in keeping its nukes maintained. Be careful with this logic though. By treaty Russia and the West have over 5,000 nukes each. Russia is likely playing a shell game with its nukes meaning that it is maintaining enough to make a huge mess of the world. Soooo…Russia can still be considered dangerous as a nuclear power.
